Cancellation policy

Some products offered by Kapsule may be available as part of a pre-sale launch or future subscription program. This cancellation policy explains how these purchases may be changed or canceled.

Pre-Sale Orders

When you place a pre-sale order, you are purchasing a product that may not yet be in inventory and may ship at a future date communicated on our website and at checkout.

Payment is collected at checkout for all pre-sale orders.

If your pre-sale order has not yet entered fulfillment, you may request cancellation by contacting info@drinkkapsule.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional information regarding returns and refunds.

Shipping timelines provided for pre-sale products are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, fulfillment, or carrier delays.

Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered as part of a future subscription or auto-replenishment program.

If you enroll in a subscription program, your payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days unless canceled beforehand.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle. Instructions for managing subscriptions will be provided through your account portal or order confirmation emails once subscription services become available.
